摘要
用京白蛋鸡研究了高温期间采用高营养密度日粮(HND),及在蛋鸡开产前饲以等能高脂日根(HLD)对产蛋期的抗热应激效果,测定了产蛋率、产蛋量和蛋重、饲料利用率及蛋内容物各组分。在鸡性成熟前饲喂HLD日粮可显著减轻高温对产蛋率与产蛋量的不良影响,但对蛋重却无此效果。高温期间HND日粮不能完全克服高温对产蛋率、产蛋量和蛋重的明显降低作用。高温下饲料利用率明显提高,蛋黄重及其所占蛋重的比例均下降(P<0.05),蛋壳与蛋清部分占蛋重的比例与蛋大小无关,高温下蛋重降低的主要原因可能是蛋黄减小引起的。
The effect of feeding high nutrient diet(HND) on the performance of laying hens exposed to higher temperature, and the effect of feeding isoenergic high lipid diet (HLD) for four weeks before sex maturity on the ability of anti—heat—stress of hens were studied, the laying rate, egg weight, egg mass(gram/hen/day), and feed efficiency were investigated. whep exosed to 30℃ the laying rate and egg mass of the hens feeding with HLD diet before sex matuity had no sigheant chnges, but the egg weight was reduced signifcantly, compared with the hens of control group(19℃). The )diet canot alleviate the decline of laying rate, egg weight. and egg mass caused by higher temperature(30℃). Under higher temperature, the yolk weight, and its percentage in egg weight were all decreased significantly. The percentage of the shell weight anti albumin weight in egg weight had no relation to the egg size, The reduce of egg wight be induced by the decrease in yolk weight.
