摘要
选用14日龄健康的海佩科肉用仔鸡48羽,随机分成试验(24羽)和对照(24羽)两组,在试验组饲粮中添加0.25%茶多酚(TP),研究TP对家禽生理生化指标的影响。试验结果表明:TP能显著提高(P<0.01)母鸡血液中胆固醇含量和公、母鸡血液中碱性磷酸酶水平,明显降低肉鸡胸肌pH值(P<0.01)和母鸡血红蛋白含量(P<0.05);TP对血清中睾酮含量、公鸡血液中胆固醇含量和睾丸重及胸肌干重均有提高作用,使血清总蛋白、胸肌总色素和公鸡血红蛋白含量均有降低的趋势;TP对血液中红、白细胞数量和肉鸡体重随性别不同产生不同影响,但差异均不显著。
Forty-eight Hypeco broilers of 14 day-old were divided into 2 groups randomly. Supplemental TP (Tea Polypbenols) was provided in the diet at calculated level of 0.25% to study effect of TP on the physiological and biochemical Indices of Poultry. Results showed that TP significantly increased (P<0.01) the contents of cholesterol and alkaline phosphatase in serum and reduced (P<0.01) pH value of chest muscle. TP trended to increase contents of testosterone in serum and weights of cock testes and dried chest muscle and reduced the content of total serum protein. Hemoglobin in plasma and total pigment of chest muscle were lower, but did not reach statistical signifieance; TP trended to exert different effect on numbers of erythrocytes and leucocytes and body weights of broilers along with sex and had no influence on mortality of brcilers.
