摘要
本文对518例恶性肿瘤信院患者,进行连续三天的膳食调查及病前回顾悸调查,调查资料经统计学处理:患者每人每日平均摄入总热量6.1MJ、蛋白质50g、脂烘35g、碳水化物237g,均低于营养学会低于-《营养学会推荐量,且病后比病前减少有显著性差异(P<0.01)。
The paper reported 518 cancer patitents diet cond- ition of continuous three days up to now and that of past.Those data were made in statisties.The results showded:each patient got energy 6.1 MJ、protein 50g、 fat 35g、earboxdrates 237g a day.There is lower than RDA.There are obvious difference between before get- ting ill and after.(P<0.01) The reason of the patient intaking less is that they didn’t have appetite.We regarded:The cancer patient should increase nutrition,and choose balanced diet unle ss they have much different to take diet.Study the method of cooking and supply a variety of food in order to keep or increase.
