摘要
采用ConA活化小鼠胸腺细胞法测定慢性肾衰尿毒症患者(10例)及维持性血液透析(血透)患者(13例)外周血单核—巨噬细胞产生白细胞介素I(IL—1),结果发现尿毒症患者及血透患者IL—1产生明显低于尿毒症患者,说明不论是尿毒症患者还是血透患者细胞免产疫功能均低下,尤以后者为甚。
In order to further characterize monocyte function in patients with end-stage renal diseases. We studied the production of peripheral blood monocytes (PBM) from 13 patients undergoing hemodialysis and 10 ases without hemodialysis to produce this monkina in vitro under the stimulas of bacterial lipopolymacharide (LOS). The levers of IL—1 showed a marked decreased in patients with HD compared with those in normal controls, lower in HD patients than in those without HD patients, but no statiatcaly aigmticant.
