下肢动脉血栓闭塞的导管溶栓治疗(附七例报告)

Arteial Thrombosis of Lower Limb Treated with Thrombolysis (Report of Seven Cases)

通过对七例下肢动脉血栓栓塞患者动脉插管局部灌注尿激酶溶栓疗效的分析,介绍了导管溶栓的具体方法,疗效影响因素和副作用。认为导管溶栓疗效优于全身用药溶栓.尽早动脉插管、管尖尽量接触血栓、在凝血酶元时间的监控下较大剂量灌注尿激酶、术后继续使用抗凝药物,是溶栓成功的关键。

Seven cases of arterial thrombosis of lower Limb treated with transcatheter arterial infusion of Urokinase were reported. The technique, factors influencing the effectiveness and adverse reactions were briefly elucidated. The result of this management is superior to systematic administration of the thrombolytic enzyme,specially with introduction of the tip of the catheter into the thrombus and early initiation of the treatment. The dosage of the urckinase was adjusted according to the timely monitoring of the thromboplastinogen. Postoperative course of anticoagulant is of importance for the maintanence of the patency of the artery.
