摘要
本文叙述了双卷流燃烧系统在1150B单缸机上的开发情况:包括新燃烧室设计要点;与供油系统匹配调试;新燃烧系统与原机的对比试验,还分析了采用双卷流燃烧系统解决低速小负荷活塞热负荷高,工作可靠性差的问题。
This paper describes the development of Double-Swirls Combustion System on 1150B diesel. The design gist of new combustion chamber, matching adjustment of combustion chamber and injection system, performance comparision between new and old combustion chamber are all discribed The paper also analyzes the adventage of Double-Swirls Combustion Chamber on the solutions of such problems of diesel as over-heat of piston, poor reliability in low speed and small load operation conditions.
