摘要
工程变量多为随机变量,柴油机混合过程有关参数也不例外。因为设计、加工工艺、装配、调试等一系列原因,燃油喷射,缸内空气运动、压缩比在同一型号的柴油机之间和同一台机的各缸之间存在着波动,大量生产和试验研究中用数理统计和概率分析研究参数均值和离散性的变化以及它们对混合过程的影响,有利于控制柴油机的质量稳定性和工作可靠性。本文就混合过程主要参数的统计处理,对混合质量和稳定性的影响程度进行了初步分析,希望有助于柴油机质量的提高和稳定。
The purpose of this paper is to examine and to analvze the cycle to cycle variation in mixing process for different diesel engines and to Quantify their magnitude, possible reasons for these variations will be discussed. The fuel injection charecteristics, air flow, compression ratio have variation among the diesel in same type and cylinder in same diesel, because the design parameters have variable range, machining technology, assemble and adjust have error. The average value, standard deviation of the parameters and its influnce on the mizing process have been investigated by the mathematical statistics and probability analysis. The qualitative stability and reliability in the diesel engines have been improved.
