摘要
胃肠外营养支持(parenteral nutrition,PN)是临床外科近三十年来最重要的进步之一。1971年以来,胃肠外营养支持的临床应用从北京、上海、南京及天津等地发展遍及全国的大城市。从少量医学院校的研究,发展到不少医学院校与城市大医院也能进行研究。二十多年来,挽救了无效肠功能衰竭的伤病员,取得了良好的社会效益。
