摘要 我们体内的蛋白质都有其特殊功能,它构成生命的基础,尽管遗传密码和核酸相联,遗传信息也是通过蛋白质来表达。 蛋白质简述 蛋白质的特征由它的一组特殊氨基酸和特殊氨基酸序列来决定。氨基酸联在一起,就是一个氨基酸的羧基和相邻的氨基酸的alpha—氨基相联,构成肽腱或酰胺腱。一个多肽的立体结构凭借共价腱保持稳定。 The understanding of the traumatic influences of trauma and sepsis on the protein metabolism has increased very much during the last decade. The metabolic responses are well known for a much longer time,and the negative effects of them on the human body have been very difficult to counteract. Traditional parenteral nutrition has only a moderate effect on the responses,but can partly prevent malnutrition, which is important. The last year studies on glutamine, glutamine analogues and growth factors will probably bave a positive effects on the protein metabolism in trauma and will partly prevent losses of lean body mass. More clinical experiences are still needed.
