摘要
该文指出改进设计齿轮刀具的刀顶形状是提高坦克齿轮弯曲强度的一种有效的新途径。通过对五九式坦克齿轮传动装置中几个重要齿轮的边界元计算表明,采用该方法加工获得的齿轮较现有普通齿轮齿根弯曲应力降低12~22%。该结果得到了光弹性实验的验证。
This paper proposes that designing a new type of top profile of the counterpart rack is a feasible method for enhancing the bending strength of the gears in transmission of tank. Calculating boundary elements of several important gears of tank 59 shows that the bending stress in root of the gears cut by the counterpart rack with the new top profile decreases by 12 to 22 percent in comparision with that of the gears cut by common counterpart rack. This result has been proven by the photoelastic experiment.
