摘要
本文介绍了1150非增压柴油机燃烧室、缸盖排气道表面采用陶瓷隔热涂层后对冷却水带走热量、性能参数和热负荷的影响。试验表明,陶瓷涂层是发动机隔热的有效方法之一。
This paper has introduced the effects of ceramic coated surface of combustion chamber and exhaust port on coolant heat rejection on performance parameters and thermal loads for a single cylinder diesel 1150.Experiments have shown that ceramic coating is one of the useful methods for thermal insulation of the diesel engine.
