摘要
本文研究了在阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB存在下,二溴羟基苯基荧光酮(DBH—PF)分光光度法测定痕量铁的方法。在pH=8~11的硼砂—氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中,Fe(Ⅲ)和DBH—PF形成了1:2的蓝色配合物,最大吸收峰位于620nm处,摩尔吸光系数ε_(520)=1.26×10~5,铁的浓度在0~6μg·25mL^(-1)范围内符合比耳定律,本法用于高纯锡粒、大米中铁的含量测定,结果令人满意。
A spectrophotometric method of determination of trace amounts of iron with DBH-PF is described. In pH 8~llmedium, iron reacts on DBH-PF to form a 1:2 blue complex in the presence of CTMAB and Tar. The molar absoptivity is 1. 26 × 105 at 620nm. The content of iron comfroms to Beer's Law in the range of O^6μg·25mL-1. Trace amounts of iron in pure tin and rice can be determined satisfactorily.
