辣椒中微量锰的原子吸收分光光度法测定——植物中微量元素分析之二

摘要 锰是植物中的微量元素之一。本文用原子吸收分光光度法测定了辣椒果皮和种子中的微量锰。结果表明:在279.snm波长处,锰含量在0~8μg·mL^(-1)范围内符合比尔定律。对试样中可能共存的干扰离子:Zn^(2+)、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、pb^(2+)、Fe^(3+)和Al^(3+)等的影响进行了试验,指出在这些离子可能存在的最大倍数下,对锰的测定无明显干扰。试样分析的相对标准偏差小于3.7%,回收率在94~110%之内。 Manganese is a trace element in plant. In this paper, the trace Manganese in seed and peel of chilli has been determined by Atom Absorbance spectophotometry. Experimental result shows that the Manganese content accords with the Beer-law in range of 0 ~8μg·mL-1. The interference of Zn2+,Ca2+,Mg2+,pb2+,Fe3+ and Al3+, which coexist with Manganese in plant, is studied. The result shows that these elements, when they are within the range of maximum content in proportion to Mn, do not interfere with the determination of Mn. The relative standard deviation of the sample analysis is less than 3.7% and the rate of recovery is 94~110%.
