矿泉浴对肝脏血液循环影响的观察(附70例正常人肝阻抗血流图分析)

Observation of influence of mineral spring bath on blood circulation of liver(attached analysis of impedance rheohepatogram of 70 normal persons.)

作者观察了70例飞行人员矿泉浴前后的肝阻抗血流图波形的变化,发现矿泉浴后高房缩波明显增多,观察指标以收缩波波幅、舒张波波幅、肝内阻力指数增加明显,而舒张指数、收缩波时间与舒张波时间比值变化不大。提示矿泉浴有全面提高肝脏血液循环的作用。

Author observed change of undulate form of impedance rheohepatogram of 70 aviators after and before mineral spring bath,and find that after mineral spring bath, high atrial systolic wave markedly increased. In observed indexes, amplitudes of systolic wave and diastolic wave,and interhepatic resistance index markedly increased. But diastole index,systolic wave time/diastolic wave time ratio change is not marked. It showed that mineral spring bath has action of overall raise of liver blood circulation.
