摘要
本文着重讨论了一种新的曲线光滑算法—方向判别法。并从理论和实验两个方面阐述了其优越性,最后对一幅经过计算机自动识别所获得的居民地轮廓作了光滑处理。实验表明:该算法可以较好地删除曲线上的冗余点,并且可以保持原图形的基本形状特征。
This paper mainly discusses a new curve-smoothing algorithm——Direction Oriented Algorithm. Advantages aro displayed by its theoretical and practical aspects. Atlast, an image with residental areas contours recognized automatically by computer is used to be processed. Experiments show that this method can perfectly eliminate spuriously wiggled inflections and keep its original configurations.
