一起由2种细菌混合感染引起的食物中毒

An Outbreak of Food Poisoning Caused by Combined Infection of Two Kinds of Bacterla

本文对某宾馆发生的一起食物中毒事件进行了流行病学分析和实验室检查。从病人粪便中检出副溶血性弧菌(4/8)、奇异变形杆菌(5/8),同时从食品原料(冰冻虾仁)、食品用具(砧板、抹布)中分离到奇异变形杆菌(3/3)。经Dienes试验确认为同源菌,并经多项实验证实副溶血性弧菌和奇异变形杆菌均有较强的毒力,是引起本次食物中毒的共同病原菌。

The paper reports the analysis of epidemiology and laboratory tests about an outbreak of food poisoning occoured in a hotel. Vparahemolyticus (4/8) and profeus mirabilis (5/8) were defected in stool samples of patients. Profeus mirabilis (3/3) was also detected in food (refrigeration shrimp meat) and kitchen utensils(cutting board and rag). By Dienes test it is determined that those strains are from the common source respectively. Other more tests proved that both kinds of strain have powerful virulence are the combined pathogenic bacteria of the outbreak.
