摘要
本文提出以氯代十六烷基吡啶为指示剂,用滴定法测定微量碘的方法。用此法测定了饮用水、海水、食盐及海带等样品中的碘含量,精密度及准确度均属良好,定量下限0.025mg/L,且能分别测定碘酸盐和碘化物。本文还提出消除六价铬干扰的方法。
A titrimetric method using N—Cetyi pridinium chloride as a indicator for the determination of iodine is proposed. Accuracy and precision of the method are determined. Determining the iodine content of drinking water, sea water, common salt and kelp by this method and compared with the Ce^(4+)—As^(3+) catalytic calorimetric method, the result shows that this method is simple and accurate.
