摘要
本文调查南宁市22所医院绿脓假单胞菌污染情况。采集医务人员手和环境不同标本595份,分离出131株绿脓假单胞菌,总检出率为23.0%。其中地拖、抹布100%检出,台、床、水笼头等物表检出率为27.0%,空气检出率为23.5%,0.1%新洁而灭消毒液检出率为12.1%,医务人员手检出率10.5%。全部菌株作了噬菌体分型和药敏试验。噬菌体分型率为92.4%,分属14种模式,以1模式为主占40%,次为5模式占29.8%。空气、物表与手分离株噬菌体主模式基本相同,只有浸钳、洗手消毒液株对24种噬菌体不裂解。药敏试验对多粘菌素等4种扰生素敏感。对青霉素等9种抗生素不敏感。提出绿脓假单胞菌噬菌体分型及其耐药谱增加,对加强消毒管理,防制医院感染的意义。
It was studied in this paper that the conditions was contuminated by the Pseudomoanas aerugineasin in 22 hospitals of Nanning. We had separated 131 Pseudomonas aeruginesin lines from 595 samples collected from different medical worker's hands, tools, and other resourses. The total detectable percentage was 23.0%, in which the floormop and clout were 100.0%; the tables, beds, and corks were 27.0%;the air was 23.5%; 0.1% Bromogeramine solution was 12. 1%; and the medical worker's hands were10. 5%. These Pseudomonas aeruginosa were subjected to classification and Phamarco-susceptibility test. The Phage type abili ty was 92.4% and belonged to 14 models, in which, model I and model V were 40.0%, 29.8% respectively. The characteristics of this Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from air, hands, and tools surfaces were divided to 24 kinds of bacteriophages The Phamarco-susceptibility test showed that all lines of Paeudomonas aeruginosa were seniitivity to 4 kinds of polymgxion, but resistant to 9 kinds of Ampicilin antibiotics These results should be quite significant to strengthen the control of sterilization, and to prevent the infection in hospitals
