摘要 从国内外先进的水氟测定方法中选出九组TISAB液,通过干扰试验探讨了Na,Cit和CDTA的抗干扰效果,从中筛选了两组适合我国情况的TISAB液。试验表明1L中含有4g Na;Cit的TISAB液与国际标准中含有4g CDTA的TISAB液抗干扰效果颇为接近.因此Na;Cit可代替CDTA.本文还探讨了标准曲线的范围、点数及样品的存放时间,干扰物的浓度对结果的影响,并将筛选出的两组TISAB液做了准确度、精密度及方法的对比试验.试验结果为制订国家标准及采用国际标准提供了科学依据. Two groups of TISAB Liquid are selected from nine advanced methods of determination of fluoride in water through an interference experiment by which anti—interference effect is studied. The test shows that the TISAB liquid with 4g/L Na_3Cit has a close anti—interference effect compared with TISAB liquid containing 4g/L CDTA of the International Standard. So Na_3Cit can replace CDTA,We also studied in this article the range of the standard curve, the time of storage of samples and the effect of the concentration of the interferer of the experimental result, and made a comparison of the accuracy, precisinn and the method between the selected two groups of TISAB liquid. The result of the experiment provides scientific hasis for formulating domestic standard and adopting international standard.
