塞曼无焰原子吸收分光光度法测定尿中微量锰

摘要 本文报告了一种直接进样测定尿中微量锰的无焰原子吸收分光光度法。利用塞曼效应,并采取高温灰化样品等措施,成功地消除了尿样基体中高背景的干扰。方法更敏、简便、快速,适用于大批样品的快速分析。锰原子吸收分光光度法生物材料分析尿是人体代谢产物,测定尿中锰的含量,对于营养卫生、地方性流行病。 In this paper, a method for the direct determination of microamounts of manganese in Urine using flameless zeeman atomic and sorption spectrometry is described. The interference of background from the matrix in urine may be successly eliminated by the pram cedure of zeeman correction, ashing of sample at high temperture and so on. The assay method developed for the determination of batch samples is simple, sensitive and rapid procedure.
