摘要
本文论述了将行列式应用到测定食品饮料合成色素的方法中,方法得到了简化,回收率也大为提高,在92.7％—100.7％之间;重现性较好,变异系数CV在0.18％—2.50％间(n=8). .
This method has been developed for the determinant that is applied to the determination of artificial colour in cold drink and foods, it is convenient ,the rate of recovery is improved between 92.7%—100.7%. The method is reproducible. The coefficient of variation is between 0.81%—2.5%(n=8).
