本文评述了降冰片烯、乙炔、苯并环丁烷和马来酸酐封端的热固性聚酰亚胺的发展现状,并介绍了他们的发展趋势及应用前景.
In this paper were reviewed the past and present developmnet of thermal setting poly-imide blocked with norbornene, acetylene, benzocyclobutane and maleic anhydride, and were also described the trend of their development and the prospects for their application.
