摘要
转换企业经营机制是当前深化企业改革的重点。转换企业经营机制对内要进行劳动人事分配制度的改革,在破除“一大三铁”上下功夫,切实调动劳动者的积极性和创造性;对外要使企业走向市场,企业要面向市场自主经营。在商品经济条件下,市场时刻变化,要求企业在决策时要有超前意识,制订出反映本企业特色的经营战略,在竞争中求得企业的成长和发展,这是当前转换企业经营机制的重大课题。本文着重论述企业经营战略的重大意义和制订经营战略的主要内容,为企业转换经营机制,更好地走向市场提供借鉴。
Confronting the weak market and strong competition in Textile Industry, it is an important subject in management for enterprise to deal with the changes of external enviroment, to make out characteristically its strategies, to meet its competition and to develop itself. The article exppounds contents and significance of enterprise strageties through multi-opinions and certain examples of enterprise strategies which are success fully applied by domestic and foreign countries. It aslo supplies the experience of developing enterprise strategies for reference.
