The design of a small distributed control system , which consists of programmable controller (EX-100)and IBM series microcomputer by commnucation and network has been introduced. The hardware's configuration and connection,communication mode, communication principle, communication protocol and characteristics in communication have been given. The designed methods of communication software and interference-free methods, digital filter, error-correcting and so on,used in communication software have been explained in detailed.
