摘要
本文分析了一般过流保护方式的弊端,介绍了作者本人设计的一种新型电子过流保护装置。这种装置采用线性集成运算放大器、集成门电路和大功率驱动开关集成电路,对可控硅调速系统的触发回路进行无触点控制。它具有结构简单、驱动功率大、过流动作迅速、定时准确、调整方便、工作稳定可靠、造价低廉等优点。可以使用在多种可控硅调速系统中。
The article analyses the drawbacks of normal over-electric current protector and introduces a new type of electronic over-electric current protector devisedby the writer. This protector has a contactlers conrtol to the trigger loop of the silicon control speed regulation system with linear integrated operational amplifier, intelrated gating Circuit and large power driven switch integrated circuit. It has many advantages such as structures simple, large driving power,high over-electric current action speed,timing exact,easy alignment stabiligation,low cost and so on. It can be used in every silicon control speed regulation system.
