一阶导数光谱法测定剌五加制剂中异秦皮定的含量

摘要 采用一阶导数光谱法,对五加参冲剂和中国刺五加口服液中异秦皮定的含量进行了测定,异秦皮定在5.0~30μg 范围内线性美系良好,加样回收率为98.60%,CV(%)为1.94,呈色稳定。与双波长薄层扫描法比较,所得结果相近。 The content of isofraxidin in Acanthopanax senticosus oral liquid and Panax Ginseng infusion was determined by using the first derivative spectrometry.In the range of 5.0 μg to 30.0 μg,the linear relationship of isofraxidin is excellent.The recovery ratio of adding samples is 98.60%,its CV′s(%)value is 1.94 and the show- ing colour is very stable.The results of using the first derivative spectrometry is similar to the two-wavelength thin-layer scanning method.
