黄芪多糖粉针剂的研制及生理活性测定 被引量:1

摘要 黄芪(Astragalus mongholicus Bge)在1kg 高压条件下煎煮1.5h,提取得到黄芪多糖(简称 APS),其收率比在常压下煎煮相同时间高一倍。APS 粗品通过 Sephadex G-75精制所得收率为51.6%。对 APS 精品进行黄酮、氨基酸、蛋白质、鞣质、草酸和生物碱等项检查,结果均为阴性。测定精品的总糖含量比粗品高9.43%。APS 经真空低温干燥后制成粉针剂,呈白色粉末,易溶于水。用其行腹腔注射小白鼠,5~7d 后,脾重明显增加。 Astragalus monholicus Bge is boiled for 1.5 hours by 15b/in pressure and then APS is extracted.Its rate is twise as much as the normal pressure and same time. The rate that crual APS is refined by Sephadex G-75 is 51.6%.We determine the flavonoid,amino acid,protein,tannin,oxalic acid and alkaloid of refined APS,the re- sult is negative.Its total saccharide content increases 9.63% by cruel APS.After freez- ing-drying and manufacturing powder injection,APS is white powder and soluble in water.Its stracture is composed of D-glucose,D-galactose,and L-arabinose.The average molecule weight is within 10000-40000.APS has remarkably immunological enhancement and increases phagocytosis of macrophase of mice and promotes to form hemolysin and increases the weight of spleen of mice.APS may promote virus to in- duce producing interferon and increase metabolism of RNA.E-receptor of the demanged T-cell has remarkably restoration.
