摘要
本研究利用粉煤灰、下脚石灰、柠檬酸副产石膏和磷石膏为主要原料(占总材料80%以上)生产加气混凝土。提出并利用湿排粉煤灰不经球磨工艺及保证浇注稳定性的工艺参数、技术措施。对其主要性能进行了测试。
This paper describes the production of aerated concrete by using pulverized fuel ash (pfa), grappier, citrogypsum (by—product of citric acid synthesis) and phosphogypsum as main raw materials. Technical parameters and control method are recommended for ensuring optimum placing stability of slurry and for producing aerated concrete form wet disposed pfa without ball milling process. Test results of the product properties are also given.
