摘要
调查与试验证实,荪养硅酸盐制品的抗浆性能和碳化性能之间没有明显的相互关系。事实上,碳化作用是一个分解的化学过程。而冻胀则是个物理作用。因此,影响蒸养硅酸盐制品应用的因素,最重要的是碳化性能,而不是扰冻性能。抗冻性能可从技术条件和使用条件改进,而碳化性能只有从研究的角度才能得到解决。
Investigation and experiment prove that there is no definite interrelation between antifreeaing property and carbonation character of steam-cured silicate products. In fact, carbonation reaction is a chemical decomposition process whereas expansion due to freeaing is a physical action. Therefore the most improtant factor affecting practical use of steam-cured silicate products is their carbonation property instead of antifreeaing ability. Their antifreezing property can be modified by technical measures, but carbonation can be resolved only through scientific research.
