摘要
回顾了国际上企业集团的发展过程,总结了改革开放以来,我国企业集团从无到有、从低级到高级、从不完善到规范化的经验,指出了组建股份制企业集团的方向。
The paper reviews the development course of international business groups,sums up the experience of gradual development of China's business groups and points out the way forward for setting up business groups based on share system.
