摘要
本文报导胃癌全胃切除术后,应用远端逆蠕动空肠囊代胃术12例,术式简单、安全,术后半年随访,病人营养状况良好,体重增加,是一种有前途而操作简单的代胃术。
The article reports distal antiperistaltic jejunal reservoir to replace the stomach in 12 patients after total gastrectomy.This operation is very simple and safe.Follwing-up shows the nutrition of these patients is very good and weight increases half year after operation.The method is feasible and promising.
