胃肠吻合器在胃切除术中的应用

APPLICATION OF ANASTOMAT TO CASTRECTOMY(REPORT OF 100 CASES)

1988年5月至1992年6月,我科运用 GF-I 型吻合器行胃大部分切除术(包括全胃切除术)100例,其中胃癌16例,胃溃疡44例,十二指肠溃疡28例,复合性溃疡12例;行 Billroth-Ⅰ式36例,Billroth-Ⅱ式49例,全胃切除15例。仅1例术后0.5年出现吻合口狭窄。作者介绍了吻合器在不同胃切除术式中的使用方法,并对使用过程中应注意的事项及并发症进行了探讨。

From the beginning of May 1988 to June 1992,a study of 100 patients with gastrectomy using the GF-Ⅰ anastomat in 36 patients,it was used for Billroth's—Ⅰ operation in partial gastrectomy,in 49 patients for Billroth's-Ⅱ operation in partial gastrectomy,in 15 patients for total gastrectomy.Only 1 case was complicated by cicatricial stenosis 6 months after operation.We in- troduce the application of GF-Ⅰ anastomat in various kinds of gastrectomy and discuss the prob- lems during operation and complications after operation.
