摘要
在强酸性条件下,麝香草酚与NO_3^-生成硝基酚,碱性条件下发生分子重排生成黄色化合物。本文在此显色反应基础上依据胶体吸收行为研究NO_3^-主次波长分光光度分析法。方法简单易行,精密准确,灵敏度较单波长分析高,而且计算模型稳定。适合于天然水和工业废水监测。
In the condition of concentrated Acid, thymol and No_3^- results in nitrate. While in alkaline condition the molecules are rearranged and results in yellow compound. The research work is based on the mentioned reaction and colloid absorbing hehaviour to study No_3^- with dominant secondary wave length thymol photometry. The process is easy to opetate with high precision and more sensitive than that of single wavelength and stable caculating model. It is suitable for the monitoring of natural water and industrial wastewater.
