摘要
1992年7月15-19日国际水污染研究与控制协会(IAWPRC,现更名为国际水质协会,IAWQ)中国委员会在河北北戴河召开了“中国水污染防治技术发展战略高级研讨会”。会议由中国委员会主席曲格平主持,与会36名从事水污染防治的专家(包括12名中国委员会委员)就中国的水污染现状。
It is understood that the water environment in Jiangsu has been deteriorating. Therefore The protection strategy must lie on pollution sources control and technological innovation in process to guarantee drinking resources and put necessary environmental invest for centralized treatment of urban wastewater and to get the total waste flow and load under control.
