抗生育寡肽类似物的多重合成

SIMULTANEOUS MULTIPLE SYNTHESIS OF CONTRACEPTIVE OLIGOPEPTIDE ANALOGS

本文应用同步多重合成新技术分别在氯甲基树脂及MBHA树脂上成功地合成了二批抗生育寡肽类似物(1～6)。经HPLC分离、冷冻干燥及氨基酸组成分析表明各产物的收率及纯度是合理的。实验证明采用同时缩合、同时裂解及同时分离纯化因而同时获得多种产物的多重合成法,既省时省力,又可节约许多昂贵的试剂。

Two pentapeptides (1,2) and four tetrapeptides (3～6) were prepared successfully by simultaneous multiple peptide synthesis (SMPS) on the merrifield's resin and MBHA resin respectively. The profile of HPLC and amino acid analysis indicated that the purities of peptide 1～6 were rational. Reasonable yields of products were obtained after lyophilization as well.This new procedure, which was carried out during the simultaneous coupling ,cleavage and purification of sevaral peptides in a single run without any new apparatus, achieved a considerable saving not only in time but also in some expensive regents.
