摘要
用硅胶柱层析法从茯苓Poria cocos(Schw.)Wolf的干燥菌核中分离出一种三萜类有机酸,根据理化性质及光谱数据确定为茯苓酸(Pachymic acid),抗肿瘤实验表明茯苓酸对小鼠Sarcoma 180抑制率达62.8%,茯苓中的水溶性低分子量化合物无抗肿瘤活性。
Lower molecule compounds frationated from the mycelia of Poria cocos were evaluated for antitumor activity against mouse tumor. The water-soluble fration of ethanol extract was found to be inactive against intraperitoneally implanted Sarcoma180. The chloroform-soluble fraction of ethanol extract and pachymic acid which has been isolated from Poria cocos and identified by physical properties and spectral data showed strong antitumor activity.
