摘要
本文报告12例肠系膜裂孔疝,其中小肠系膜裂孔疝10例,乙状结肠系膜裂孔疝2例。裂孔直径为2.5～5cm最大者30cm;裂孔均为单发,文中讨论了肠系膜裂孔发生的原因、裂孔疝发生机制、诊断注意点及治疗方法。
Twelve cases of mesenteric hiatus hernia were reported in this paper. The diameters of most mesenteric hiatus ranged from 2.5 to 5cm, and the largest one was 30cm. All of the mesenteric hiati were single. The sites of hiatus hernia were on the small intestinal mesentery in ten cases, the sigmoid mesenteric hiatus hernia were discussed.
