腹部卒中(附5例报告)

ABDOMINAL APOPLEXY-REPORT OF 5 CASES

本文报告腹部卒中5例。本病起病急,主要表现为突起腹部疼痛,伴腹内出血及休克征,而缺乏特异性表现,故易于误诊。影响本病发病的因素有:①高血压和动脉硬化;②妊娠;⑧动脉壁先天性异常。腹腔穿刺对本病诊断有帮助。本病一经诊断应立即施行手术治疗。

This paper reports 5 patients with abdominal apoplexy. The manifestation of the disease is suddenly onset of abdominal pain with signs of intraabdominal bleeding and shock. Preoperative correct diagnosis is quite difficult and abdominal paracentesis is helpful to the diagnosis. The following factors can affect the occurrence of the disease:①hypertension and arteriosclerosis;②pregnancy;③congenital abnormalities of arterial wall. Once the diagnosis of the disease is made,emergency operation should be done immediately.
