肌纤维质炎的诊治探讨

肌纤维质炎是损伤后组织中持续存在的特殊疾病。临床表现为肌肉疼痛,痛性结节,肌肉发僵和痉挛。本病的主观症状多与精神失调密切相关,故纤维组织炎是心理问题在肌肉骨骼方面的一种表现,治疗的目的在于清除“激发区”,常采用整骨推拿术手法,针灸拨罐疗法,局部封闭疗法,中药离子导入疗法和中西药物治疗等,总有效率达95％以上。

Fibromyositis is a special disorder lasting in injuries tissue.which presents painful node,mya-lgia and myospasmia. Its subjective symptoms are closely related to psychataxia.We think that fi bromyositis is a manifestation of psychonosema,in muscles and skeleton. The aim of treatment is to eliminate trigger area.We often use manipulation of bone-setting, and also the therapies of acupuncture and cupping,local block,Chinese drugs iontophoresis and combine Chinese and Westren drugs.The total effective rate is over 95%.
