盐胁迫对大豆膜透性、丙二醛含量及过氧化物酶活性的影响 被引量:12

摘要 用溶液培养的方法对抗盐性不同的两个大豆品种在盐胁迫条件下植株叶片的膜透性、丙二醛含量及过氧化物酶活性进行了研究.结果显示,随盐分浓度的增加,植株伤害加重,叶片膜透性加大,相对含水量隆低,丙二醛含量增加,脂质过氧化反应加剧,过氧化物酶活性升高.其中抗盐性品种膜脂质过氧化反应水平较低,过氧化物酶活性较高.表明膜脂质过氧化是大豆盐伤害的重要原因,而较高的过氧化物酶活性则可隆低这一伤害的程度. The cell membrane permeability, MDA content and POD act-ivity in leaves of two soybean varieties different in resistance to salt were studied under salt stress, using the solution culture method. It was found that with increase of salt concentration the damage to the plant became serious, the cell membrane permeability increased, the relative water content decreased. MDA content went up, lipid peroxidation reaction sharpened, and the POD activity strengthened. In the salt-resistant soybean varieties, on the contrary, the lipid peroxidation reaction level was lower, but the POD activity was higher. These facts indicated that the lipid peroxidation of cell membrane was one of reasons causing the soybean plant injury by the salt strees. The higher le al POD activity could reduce the injury degree.
