应用“人本原理”搞好企业改革

摘要 在商品经济条件下,企业与企业的竞争不仅是技术和管理的竞争,更是人才、人力和人心的竞争。人本原理的实质就是在管理过程中树立以人为中心的观念和千方百计地调动人的积极性、智慧和创造力。经过多年的改革开放,大屯煤电公司铁路管理处创造出具有时代特点的“企业精神”,进一步发展了有中国特色的人本原理。 Under commodity economy, thecompetition among enterprises is not only in technology and management, but also in qualified personnel. The essence of the theory of humanism in management is to set up the concept of regarding people as the core and by every possible means, bring into full play initiative, wisdom and creativity of people. After many years of reform and opening, the railway administration department of Datun Coal and Electricity Company created a 'spirit of enterprise' with characteristics of the times, and furthur developed the theory of humanism with Chinese characteristics.
