F89对鹅摄食和血浆胰岛素β-内啡肽水平的影响

摘要 本实验测定了静脉注射高剂量(1.0mg/kg)和低剂量(0.1mg/kg)F89后2h 内鹅血浆中葡萄糖、胰岛素和β-内啡肽水平的动态变化。结果表明:静注低剂量 F89后,血浆葡萄糖水平明显下降,胰岛素和β-内啡肽水平显著升高;而注射高剂量 F89后,血浆葡萄糖和β-内啡肽水平无显著变化。提示:F89引起动物不同的行为反应,可能是通过不同的神经内分泌机制实现的。 The dynamic variations of glucose,insulin and β-endorphin in plasma following different doses of F89administration were determined.The results were as follows:intravenous administration of F89 at dose 0.1mg/kgd(?)rcased the concentration of blood glucose but obviously inereased the plasma levels of insulin and β-endorphin ingeese,but the administration of F89 at 1.0mg/kg had no significant eff(?)ts on plasma levels of glucose and β-endorphin.These results suggested that different behavior resonses to F89 might be indu(?)d by different neurocdoerinemechanisms.
