摘要
3头装有永久性瘤胃瘘管和十二指肠 T 形瘘管的雄性湖羊,每头每天经瘤胃瘘管灌注15mg F89。与对照期相比,灌注期湖羊采食量提高16.41%(P<0.01),进入十二指肠的总氮、微生物蛋白氮、过瘤胃蛋白氮(包括内源氮)、尿素氮、氨氮均高于对照期。酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的复胃消化量提高34.57%,复胃消化率、整体表观消化率及消化量均明显提高(P<0.05)。粗蛋白的消化量提高16.00%(P<0.05),消化率也有提高。瘤胃总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)浓度上升(P<0.05),乙酸比例提高,丁酸比例下降,丙酸水平无明显变化。总脱氢酶活力有所上升,pH 值略有提高。
The effects of F89,one of benzodiazcpines,on feed intake,digestibility,complex-stomach digestion andmetabolism in Hu sheep were studied.Three male sheep fitted with rumen fistulae and T-shaped duodenal cannulae werefed with hay only.In experimental period,F89 was infused into rumen through fistulae with a dose of 15 mg/d perhead.The results showed that the feed intake was increased by 16.41%(P<0.01)compared with that of controlperiod.The flow of total nitrogen(N),microbial N.bypass N,urea-N and NH_3-N into the duodenum were also higher.The quantities of DM,ADF and cellulose digested in complex-stomach increased by 31.55%,30.09%,34.57% and45.78%,respectiyely(P<0.01).The digestibility in complex-stomach,total apparent digestibility and total digestedquantities of those were also increased(P<0.05).The total digestible crude protein was increased by 16.00%(P<0.05)with a higher apparent digestibility.The rumen metabolism was changed including elevation of TVFAeoncentration(P<0.05)and molar % of aectate,decrease of butyrate,and the rumen total dehydrogenase activitiesincreased slightly.
