摘要
用环磷酰胺(Cy)作诱变剂,分6个剂量组(1,5,10,15,20,25mg/kg)进行了 ICR 小鼠活体姐妹染色单体交换(SCE)试验。并测定相应细胞内的环磷腺苷(cAMP)、环磷鸟苷(cGMP)和 Ca^(2+)水平。结果6个 Cy 组的 SCE率均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);除1mg/kg Cy 组外,其它各组 cAMP 和 cGMP 水平与对照组相比均有极显著差异(P<0.01);cAMP 水平与 Cy 剂量呈负相关(r=-0.925);cGMP 水平与 Cy 剂量呈正相关(r=0.986);cAMP/cGMP 比值随 Cy 剂量由0增至25mg/kg,也由13.30降至1.25;除25mg/kg Cy 组的 Ca^(2+)水平显著高于对照组外(P<0.01),其它各组均无显著性差异。
Sister chromatid exchange test in ICR mice with cyclophosphamide was conducted.The ICR mice weretreated at doses of 1,5,10,15,20,25 mg/kg body weight.Cyclic adenosine 3',5'-monophosphate(cAMP),cyclicguanosine 3',5'-monophosphate(cGMP)and Ca^(2+) leveis in bone marrow cells were measured.The results indicatedthat:SCEs of treated groups were remarkedly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).cAMP and cGMPlevels in all groups except 1 mg/kg group were significantly different from the control(P<0.01).Between dose ofcyclophosphamide and level of cAMP there was a negative correlation(r=-0.925);but cyclophosphamide and cGMPhas a positive correlation(r=0.986).The level of cAMP/cGMP decreased from 13.30 to 1.25 with the increase ofthe dose of cyclophosphamide from 0 to 25 mg/kg.Level of Ca^(2+)at dose of 25 mg/kg was significantly higher than thecontrol group
