摘要
炼钢转炉15万m3煤气柜用于回收炼钢过程产生的间断的转炉煤气，用15万m？橡胶膜密封，可把间断产生的转炉煤气储存起来，经除尘、加压后再均匀稳定地供应给各用户使用，从而大大降低了炼钢工序的能耗。由有关自动化系统控制煤气的回收、除尘、加压，以及相应的连锁控制。
The gas cabinet of 150,000 m3 for the steelmaking converter is used for reclaiming discontinuous converter gas generated in steelmaking process, it is sealed with the rubber membrane of 150,000 m3, the discontinuously generated converter gas can be stored, and then steadily supplied to the each users through the dedusting and pressurizing, thus the energy consumption for steelmaking procedures can be greatly reduced. The recovery, dedusting, pressurizing of the gas and their corresponding coordinated control are controlled by means of the related automation systems.
