西门子PLC及PROFIBUS在污水处理厂中的应用

摘要 西安市第四污水处理厂的总设计处理能力为50万m3/日,一期工程设计处理能力为25万m3/日。该项目为西北最大的污水处理厂之一,它具有设备数量多,控制地点分散,处理工艺要求高,系统稳定性和实时性要求严格等特点,因而在设计中采用了技术领先的工业以太网和PROFIBUS现场总线技术来实现全厂自动控制和仪表系统的集成。本文就该系统的设计、配置、实现和特点进行了论述,并重点描述了PROFIBUS总线技术在水处理行业的完整解决方案。 Xi'an Fourth Sewage Treatment Plant has a total designed processing capacity of 500kmZ/d and the designed processing capacity of the first-stage project is 250km3/d. The project is one of the largest sewage treatment plants and it is of the characteristics of numerous equipments, decentralized control sites, higher disposing technological requirements and demanding system stability and instantaneity, thus the leading technologies of industrial Ethernet and PROFIBUS are adopted to realize the system integration of the automatic control and the instruments in the scope of the entire plant. This paper deals with the design, configurations, implementing and features of the system with the emphasis on the description of the total solution of PROFIBUS technology in water treatment industry.
