摘要
利用烧结余热进行发电是冶金企业节能降耗的一项重要措施。该文结合某厂360m2烧结机余热发电工程项目，从生产工艺、系统组成、工艺逻辑控制、解决方案以及应用总结等方面详细阐述了浙大中控JX-300XPDCS的应用。该系统的成功投运，为国产DCS在冶金企业的大力推广提供了一个良好的范例。
Using of sintering waste heat for power generation is an important measure for energy saving and consumption reducing in metallurgical enterprises. Combining with the engineering project of waste heat power generation of 360 m2 sintering machine at some plant, this paper elaborates the application of SUPCON JX-300XP DCS in the aspects of production technology, system composition, technological logic control, solutions and summary of application, and so on. The successful operation of this system provides a good example for vigorous popularization of domestic DCS in metallurgical enterprises.
