九种金属离子的细胞毒性评价

On the Cytotoxicity of Nine Metal Ions In Vitro

摘要 对与口腔科常用合金材料有关的9种金属离子(Fe、Ni、Ti、Mn、Mo、Cu、Co、Cr、V)的细胞毒性进行了测定和比较。将L-929细胞培养7天后,求得各种离子不同浓度时的细胞相对增殖率,并转换成六级评分以评价试料的毒性程度。结果表明:在0.5~10ppm离子浓度范围,Mo离子无明显毒性;Mn离子虽有一定毒性,但其浓度变化对毒性程度无影响,V离子显示了较强的毒性;其它离子的毒性则随浓度改变而有不同程度的变化。 The biocompatibility of nine metal ions (Fe, NI, Ti, Mn, Mo, Cu, Co, Cr and V) were determined by tissue culture to evaluate the cytotoxicity. L- 929 cells in growth mediun containing different concentration of metal ion (10 PPM, 5PPM and 0. 5PPM respectively) were cultured for 7 days, then cell number was counted by an autocounter to compute the cell relative grovth rate. The results showed that in the solution containing 10 PPM metal ions, the cytotocicity of metal ions were strong except Mo and Mn ions. In the medium containing 5PPM metal ions, the cytotoxicity of Fe, Cu, Mo and Cr ions were weak, that of Ti, Ni and Mn ions were middle,and that of V and Co ions were strong.
