羟磷灰石生物陶瓷的合成与机械性能测定 被引量:2

摘要 通过干式法合成羟磷灰石材料。将磷酸三钙和碳酸钙在1100~1200℃高温下注入高压水蒸汽流,反应5小时。成型坯体在1340~1400℃范围烧结。烧结体的线收缩率约为20%;体积密度为3.07g/cm^3;致密率达到96.9%;弹性模量值为63.4GPa,约是人体骨的3倍;挠曲强度为62.7MPa,比人体骨低;抗压强度为309.5MPa,比人体骨大2~3倍,而与人体牙相当;努氏显微硬度为432.2.维氏显徽硬度为532.2。 Hydroxyapatite is the main component of bone and tooth minerals. In this work, hydroxyapatite powders were prepared by dry process from intimate mixtures of Ca_3 (PO_4)_2 and CaCO_3 with molecular fraction ratios of 3:1.2at 1 100~1200℃in steam. After passing through a sieve, this powder was mid--pressed and then sintered in air at 1340~1400℃ for 3 hours. The relative density of obtained ceramics was 96.9%. The Young's modulus, the three -point bending strength and compressive strength of the sintered hydroxyapatite ceramics were 63.4 GPa,62.7 MPa,309.5 MPa respectively. Tile Knoop hardness and Vickers hardness value were 432.2 and 532.2 2 res-pectively.
