摘要 于骨膜下置入硅橡胶膜铺盖兔子胫骨缺损。结果表明,置膜8周后骨缺损形态结构已恢复接近正常。提示在愈合早期。硅橡胶膜承受和分散外力,保持成骨组织结构稳定,从而促进骨再生修复。 This study was to evaluate the principle of improving bone regeneration by subperiosteally covering rabbit's tibial defect with silicone membrane. The results showed that the structure of the bone defect on experimental site had already repaired as normal at 8 weeks postoperative. It is suggested that the basic effect of subperiosteal membrane is to keep the osteogenic tissue structurally stable so as to keep osteogenesis functionally stable during the early stages of healing.
